Hyderabadi biriyani, a culinary gem with over 400 years of history, is renowned for its rich flavours and royal origins. Tracing its roots back to Persia, this traditional dish became a hallmark of the Nizam of Hyderabad's royal kitchens and remains one of the most popular biriyani varieties worldwide.

In partnership with Aro'ma Cuisine, a women-led business from Craigavon, Karma Kalakendram brings this iconic dish to the festival. Aroma Cuisine specialises in authentic Indian food, prepared with fresh, sustainably sourced ingredients, and is committed to promoting South Indian cuisine in Northern Ireland. Their mission aligns with fostering women’s empowerment and encouraging healthy eating habits.
